Get Involved! The Membership and Engagement Committee & Policy Advisory Committee are looking for members.
The Citizens League is reconvening the Membership and Engagement Committee, which will be co-chaired this year by Nena Street and Tom Teigen.
If you've been looking for a way to get more involved with the work the Citizens League does and are interested in helping the Citizens League achieve its membership goals, this committee is for you.
The first meeting with be on March 20th from 3:00pm - 4:30pm at Dorsey Whitney, Downtown Mpls.
The Citizens league is also looking for more members to join the Policy Advisory Committee.

Educating Minnesota's Immigrant Students: Phase II: Solutions - Report Released At the Mind Opener Event on February 27th, the Citizens League released the report by the Study Committee on Immigration and Higher Education. The report, "Educating Minnesota's Immigrant Students", lays out the Committee's findings, conclusions and recommendations to improve immigrant students' participation and success in higher education. The Committee worked in partnership with the MACC Alliance of Connected Communities and in collaboration with Marnita's Table.
