Join an Action Group
Young Citizens League members are organizing another round of the Action Groups. This year, we're forming groups around the broad topics of education, poverty, and financial literacy.
Each group will:
- Identify a question to work on within their policy area
- Talk to people and do research to learn about the question
- Make a plan to address the question
- Put the plan into action
The groups are member-organized, but they'll receive support from and build relationships with experienced Citizens League members and staff.
The Action Groups will kick off with a get-together on:
Tuesday, January 27th
6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Five Event Center
2917 Bryant Avenue S, Minneapolis
Registration is free and dinner will be provided
