Annual Meeting Postponed
For reasons related to
current staff capacity, a strong interest on the part of members and staff in
focusing on post-election priorities for 2009, and potential pre-election timing
conflicts (e.g. debates), we have decided to postpone the Annual Meeting to November. We believe this
will help us involve members and community partners in delivering a meeting that
meets expectations based on previous annual meetings, helps us set our course
for 2009, and reflects what we have learned and accomplished in 2008. We
apologize for the delay, hope to have a new date set soon, and will be looking
for members to take the lead in some aspects of planning. Thanks for your
patience and understanding.

What would it take to make MN an energy leader?
We're working on a series for an
upcoming issue of the Minnesota Journal, and we want to hear from you. What do
you think Minnesota can and should
do to become an energy leader? Post your ideas on the Citizens League Policy Blog. We'll publish some of the
responses, in whole or in part, in a fall issue of the MN Journal.
