We would like to touch base with our Relay Team Captains and members prior to event weekend.  The Relay is a fairly complicated event in terms of busing, sweats and getting runners back to the finish.  Additionally, we hope to have all Relay members registered with their team prior to event weekend.  Please read the information below, and let us know if you have any questions.

Important Relay Team Information
  • All team members need to join the team prior to the close of pre-registration on Friday, April 20th, at midnight.  If the team captain is running with his/her team, he/she needs to join that team as a member as well.
     
  • To join a team, go to the registration link HERE, and choose the Relay Team MEMBER category.
     
  • If you need a team member removed, email sally@bsim.org. Once that is done the new member can join online.
     
  • At the Expo, the team captain or a designated member will pick up for the entire team; members cannot pick up their bibs individually. 

  • Remember, there is a MANDATORY Relay Meeting for team Captains or their representative at the Expo on Saturday, either at 9 AM or 5 PM. Ben Balester, the Relay Director will be there to explain how EVERYTHING works and to answer your questions.
     
  • If your team category has changed since you created it, please email sally@bsim.org with the corrected category.
