With race day just one month away, here are some things you need to know.

- Race Weekend Instructions...will be available March 12 at www.bigsurmudrun.org and will also be emailed to all participants. Please take the time to read these as they contain important information about bib mailing, parking, event waves and more.
- Attention Team Captains...lots of teams out there still don't have any members! You need to add your team members to the team you created...or they can add themselves. Also, if you are planning on running on the team you created, you need to add yourself as a team member. Being captain does not automatically do so! To become a team member on an existing team, click HERE. If you need someone removed from your team, email [email protected].
- Need to find a hotel? We have partnered with ARES, an online travel network. Click HERE to check out prices and availability of properties thoughout the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas.
- Other items to note...bibs will be mailed to all individuals and team captains in CA shortly before race weekend. All others, as well as late entrants, may be picked up race morning. The individual race begins at 8:00 AM in three waves, and the teams at 10:00 AM in three waves. More specific information will be available in the forthcoming Race Weekend Instructions.
- We welcome MarathonFoto as our official race photographer for the 2012 Mud Run. Your pictures will be available for viewing and purchase shortly after this year's event.
- Registration for the November 18, 2012 Big Sur Half Marathon on Monterey Bay will open on April 1, 2012 at 7:00 AM at www.bigsurhalfmarathon.org. This gently rolling scenic course offers stunning ocean views and is perfect for the first timer.
