The Big Sur Marathon will have its booth at the Boston Expo, so please stop by and say hello. For all of you who are wearing your B2B training shirt, we have a special gift. Runner's World has generously donated 400 copies of The Athlete's Palate Cookbook by Yishane Lee and the Editors of Runner's World. So stop by our booth wearing your B2B shirt and get your free book...it's that simple!

A reminder to please submit your Boston chip time right after the race to sally@bsim.org. By doing so you won't have to bring proof of finishing when you pick up your Big Sur bib. Secondly, we are offering awards to the top five male and female finishers based on combined Boston and Big Sur times. It is your responsibility to submit your Boston time, particularly if you think you might be eligible for an award.

We regretfully announce that Dean Karnazes, official Host of Boston 2 Big Sur, will not be able to join us after all. His committment to ABC and Run Across America precludes his presence at Big Sur. He has offered his best wishes to all of you, and said that he will be there in spirit.
Again, best of luck at Boston and we'll see you on May 1st at Big Sur!
