We have several timely announcements that we'd like to share with you.

The 2010 Official Results Book is now viewable by clicking HERE. In keeping with our "greening efforts," this book was produced virtually rather than printed and mailed. You can view it online or print it out if you really want a hard copy. To have your Marathon results listed in this book you needed to have an official finish time within the 6-hour cutoff period that began when the last participant crossed the start timing mat in Big Sur. The window was 6 hours and 9 minutes. Full results are also included for the 21, 10.6 and 9-Milers. There are divisional results for the Relay and 5K. - Mark your calendar! Registration for the 2011 Marathon and related events will open on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 7:00 AM Pacific Time. The event date is May 1, 2011.
- The Boston 2 Big Sur Challenge will take place again in 2011. Because we had to advance our race date a week due to the Easter holiday, there will be a 13-day window between Boston and Big Sur in 2011. The B2B Challenge is open to 400 registrants so don't wait to sign up - this event will sell-out fast! For more information visit the B2B event information page at www.bsim.org.
- The Big Sur Half Marathon on Monterey Bay is approaching the half full mark. Additionally, the price will increase on August 15th. Don't wait to register and risk being left out or paying more. Register now at www.bigsurhalfmarathon.org.
