With race day just over a month away, here are some things you need to know.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Buzzword Productions (our timing company) will be in touch shortly to let you know that your bib will be mailed to the address we have on file just prior to race day. If your address has changed, please email a correction to sally@bsim.org. Team captains will receive bibs for all five of their team members. Bibs will NOT be mailed to out of state participants; those can be picked up race morning.
- Attention Team Captains...if you are planning on running on the team you created, you need to add yourself as a team member. Being captain does not automatically do so!
- Pins will be available at Freeman Stadium in the bib pickup area. Be sure to affix the D-tag found on your bib to your shoe. This is your timing device...no tag, no time!
- Finisher's shirts will be available in Freeman Stadium following the race.
- The start will consist of two waves of individual runners and two team waves. Individual bibs 1-500 will be in the first wave...bibs 501 - 1000 in the second. Team bibs 1500 - 1610 in the first team wave, bibs 1611 - 1720 in the final wave. Your official time will be your D-tag time. There will be approximately 15 minutes in between waves.
