| CHALLENGE RULES AND GUIDELINES
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please read below for the basic rules for Boston 2 Big Sur in the event you are not familiary with them.
- Registering for B2B does not register you for Boston! It only covers your marathon entry fee, your post-race party ticket, and your B2B training shirt and jacket. You must register separately for Boston
- If you are unable to qualify for Boston or get in as a charity runner, please contact us and let us know. If you'd like to run Big Sur anyway, we will reissue you an open Big Sur bib number, and refund you for the post-race party and B2B jacket. If you do not wish to run Big Sur, we will roll over your B2B registration to 2011. Other types of cancellations will be looked at on a case by case basis.
- When picking up your bib and race packet at Big Sur, you must bring proof that you ran and completed Boston. You can do this by printing out your online result. If you do not have proof of finishing Boston, you will be issued an open Big Sur bib number and will not be eligible for the jacket.

| ADDITIONAL SHIRTS AND POST-RACE PARTY TICKETS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you would like to bring your spouse or friend to the post-race party you must purchase a separate ticket for them. You may do so by calling 831.625.6226. Ticket sales are limited to don't wait to do this.
If you ordered a short sleeve training shirt, and would like a long sleeve one as well (or vice versa) we will have a limited number of extra shirts available. Call our office at 831.625.6226 to check availability and to order. |

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We are planning on an article on Boston 2 Big Sur in the Official Race Program for our 25th presentation. We'd like to know why you are taking on the challenge, what your strategy is for completing both marathons, and some general background information (how many marathons you've done, how long you've been running, etc.) If you'd like to submit a short article, please send as a Word doc of approximately 300 words or less to sally@bsim.org. Include a photo as well
