Flu Shot Reminder | |
Don't forget to protect yourself and your family from the flu this season. The State Health Plan is promoting Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina's "Stick It to the Flu" program to make getting a seasonal flu shot convenient for Plan members. The seasonal flu vaccine will also include the vaccination for H1N1. One vaccination covers both.

When Can I Add a Dependent to My Benefit Plan? | |
To help the State Health Plan better serve you, members have an obligation to keep the Plan updated on any changes involving the status of dependents. Active employees can add a dependent to their plan during Annual Enrollment periods or the first of any month following notification, if they experience a qualifying event. That notice must be given within 30 days of the event.
