Follow-up Enrollment ends TODAY!

Today is the last day members will have the opportunity to change their plan elections and add eligible dependents until the next enrollment period. Only members with a qualifying event, such as birth, marriage or adoption will be able to change their plan elections and add eligible dependents. Please remind employees who wish to remain on the plan in which they are currently enrolled, that they do not need to do anything during this enrollment period.

Do not forget to check your TO DO LIST. If you do not want a mass approval of the Follow-up enrollment changes, you will need to go ahead and process your approvals. As a reminder, the eBenefitsNow system will be unavailable Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 12:01 a.m. to Monday, August 1, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. for system upgrades. We apologize for any inconvenience.

BCBSNC Customer Service (1-888-234-2416) will be open until 8 p.m. tonight. Benefit Focus Customer Service (1-855-859-0966) will also be open until 8 p.m. tonight.
