If you would like a completed list of all elections for the plan year beginning 9/1/2011, please run the Benefit Detail Report in the Reports section of eBenefitsNow. Be sure to select the plans that are effective 9/1/2011 when running this report. If you would like a report that contains changes only between the 7/1/11 and 9/1/11 elections, please contact shpsupport@benefitfocus.com to request a custom report. - Task List
Please ensure that you are managing the tasks on your Task List, specifically the Approval Tasks. Changes will not be released to send until these tasks are approved. During the follow-up enrollment period, the Benefitfocus team is assisting you with completing mass approvals for the 9/1/2011 plan year ONLY. It is the responsibility of the HBRs to ensure that tasks in all other periods are monitored and approved on a timely basis. The Task List is segmented into plan years to make your pending approvals more easily visible. You'll want to be sure that you are approving tasks for all plan years as well as tasks related to Personal changes.

HBRs should send forms to BCBSNC as they are completed. Do not wait to send all the forms on the final date. Forms should be mailed to: State Health Plan State Membership Services P.O.
