Annual Enrollment - HBR Deadline Reminder
HBRs have until today to complete all enrollment activity. Employees that contact Customer Service stating they have missed the deadline for Annual Enrollment will be referred to their HBR.
Please remind employees that there is a Follow-up Enrollment period, which will be held July 18-29, 2011 in which they can change their plan election. The plan election they have chosen during the current enrollment period, effective July 1 will only be in place for the months of July and August if they change plan elections during the Follow-up Enrollment period.
In the event an employee has an extreme circumstance for which they missed the Annual Enrollment deadline, which concluded June 8, HBRs can contact the State Health Plan via the HBR inquiry mailbox at HBRInquiries@shpnc.org. |
