Plan Mapping and Mass Approvals
Benefitfocus will be plan mapping (defaulting all members who did not complete an AE election to the 70/30 Basic plan) over the next week. During this time, Benefitfocus will also be mass approving the following changes:

• Personal changes
• Changes in the Annual Enrollment plan year

Benefitfocus will NOT be approving changes in the current benefit plan year so this is still the responsibility of the HBR.

Report for Annual Enrollment Changes
Please note that the plan mapping mentioned above must be completed before you can obtain a report that contains all Annual Enrollment elections (otherwise the members who are defaulted to the 70/30 Basic plan will not be included). The plan mapping process will be completed for all groups by June 17th.

Once the plan mapping is complete, if you would like a report that shows all elections for the 2011-2012 benefit plan year, you may run the "Benefit Detail Report" out of eBenefitsNow.

If you would like a report that only contains changes between the current and Annual Enrollment plan years, please contact shpsupport@benefitfocus.com to request a custom report. The ability to supply these reports is dependent upon completion of the plan mapping. All reports will be provided by June 17th.

Member Access to eBenefitsNow
The State Health Plan strongly encourages you to enable member self-service throughout the year. However, if you do not want your members to continue to access the system now that Annual Enrollment is over, you must contact Benefitfocus at shpsupport@benefitfocus.com to request that member access be disabled.
