My life is beyond busy!  I am booked every day from til sometime in October, but I know that all well, as it should be.  My oldest daughters' wedding is coming up fast with all the planning, fun and stress that that entails.  One daughter has lost her job and is seeking a new direction, one daughter is back at college with a new-to-her car just after loosing the brakes in her old one, with no accidents or injury (sigh) and my seventeen year old son is acting like a very rebellious, seventeen year old boy, the ER I work in seems to be getting busier  every day and I am doing more classes and private readings than ever because my guides have been instructing me to do so.  I don't think I have ever felt more content in my life ~  a perfect  example of how in reality our happiness truly is not based on external events but only on our own internal perception of our lives.  Enjoy it all, life is just the classroom and you are a blessing and a joy to (as Gary Schwartz, PhD,  would say) G.O.D. - the Guiding Organizing Directing force in the Universe.

JOY ~  Joy is the one of the highest emotions, say the Angels.  When we are joyful we attract happiness,  pleasure and delight.  Our joy is contagious and we spread that joy to others and increase the energy of gladdness in the world.  Do not believe for even one tiny second that you cannot change the world.  When you allow yourself to be filled with the joy you truly deserve, you bring light to your home, your family, your friends, your workplace and to your entire environment.  You make others feel better.  People are attracted to you and they want what you have.  When is the last time you stopped to feel joyful, smiled, laughed out loud or just closed your eyes in appreciation?  Put a little joy in your heart, there are no limits to what a joyful heart can do!

     

ROAD TRIP ~  You need a change of scenery now.  Schedule a trip. Get out your calendar.  Now is the time to take that trip you have always dreamed about.  It may be to Hawaii or it may be as simple as a day going to the park, the library and your favorite restaurant.  Your angels are letting you know that one way to charge up your energy and to really feel refreshed is to get out and go somewhere different.  Grant yourself that change of pace to see and do something unexpected.  Drive to the beach, drive to the dessert, walk to the park, fly across the world.  All that matters is that you allow yourself an adventure and a little freedom and a change of energy.  Pack up all your cares and woes, let them go,  you're due for a Road Trip!

 

CHAKRA CARE ~ Chakras are energy centers in the body.  The seven main chakras run from the base of your spine to top of your head and are associated with different parts of the body and different emotions.  By opening, clearing, healing and activating your chakras, you are essentially giving yourself an energy tune-up.  Try a chakra clearing meditation or cd, read a book on Chakra balancing.  By learning to tune in and tune up your chakras, it will become much easier for you to understand and embrace the fullness of your own divine being which leads you to your higher self.  Be willing to release any negative energy you've been lugging around and open yourself up to healing and divine light.  Step into the radiant being you were meant to be!
