Light for Spiritual Beings on a Human Journey
Dear Angeltouche Friends,
Hello! Once again, it has been a long time between emails. I am happy to say that my life has been wonderful since we talked last. I have been extremely busy with my family, my clients and the emergency room where I also work. I have truly been blessed with family, which also includes lots of time shared with a husband, 4 children and mom, but I wouldn't miss a minute of it! As my oldest daughters' wedding date rapidly approaches in September, there seems to be more and more to do in preparation. We just celebrated her 30th birthday, also quite an event! My moms health has been good, but still many appointments to attend. My "baby" will be getting his license in June, less time spent shuttling, more time spent worrying. I will be sending my angels to guard and protect... Yesterday in a very kind way, my angels told me "You are resting on your laurels, it is time to decide how and when you intend to continue with your teaching and lightwork!" So to that end, I have decided to teach smaller groups, in my home, not including breakfast and lunch, to lower the cost and make it more affordable. I am very excited about the new possibilities.
This is what I am hearing from our Angels for June ~
HUGS & KISSES ~ Our angels are reminding us that even as we grow spiritually and mentally, we are living our lives as physical beings. As human beings in physical bodies it is important to acknowledge the need for physical touch. We know that infants given all they need for perfect nutrition, when deprived of physical touch fail to thrive and grow. Not only do we benefit from a wonderful hug, a gentle massage, and passionate sex, it even feels good to watch two people hug or kiss. Have you ever watched two people joyfully embrace at the airport or a mother and child blowing kisses to each other? Didn't it make you smile? Maybe even warm your heart for bit? Are you walled off and aloof? Do you find it difficult to allow anyone too close? Do you know someone who could really use a hug or a gentle pat on the hand or on the back? Our angels are asking us to be the gentle loving hand of compassion and affection where it is most needed. Don't be afraid to spread some warmth in your family, your friends and when you see it is especially needed. Your small expression of kindness and caring may be the only touch someone receives today!
BREATH OF HEAVEN ~ Our angels want us to know that they were specifically created to be the loving compassionate touch of heaven and they ask us to be open to receiving their divine inspiration. Stop what you are doing right now, close your eyes and inhale deeply and slowly with the intention of connecting with the very breath of heaven. Hold that breath for a slow count of 4 and exhale slowly, releasing anything negative that may we weighing you down or holding you back. Repeat this exercise 4 times and when you are finished smile. Feel yourself in the company of heaven just as you are every minute of every day in every circumstance. Notice when you are stressed, angry or afraid how shallow your breathing becomes. The angels want us to draw close, step into their energy and be protected and uplifted now. Repeat this exercise every morning, before bedtime and whenever you need a little uplift for the soul, a touch of peace and healing, a breath of heaven.
SAFE & SECURE ~ Your angels want you to know that no matter what the outward appearances and events in your life may be, in reality you are always safe, secure and protected. You are surrounded by the loving protection of your guardian angels 24/7. There is nothing that can ever separate you from your divine heavenly connection. And, there is nothing that you can ever do that can separate you from your heavenly guardians. Although at times, as we are working on our very difficult life lessons we may feel alone, abandoned and afraid - our angels stand beside us and insure that we are always in their loving, divine, protection. Hold the thought that you would like the angels loving assistance, and it is so. How amazed you would be to see all the numerous times that you have been rescued from car accidents, falls, illnesses, abuses and even worse. That which is unseen is more powerful then that which is seen. Rest assured, you are safe and secure in all the ways that really matter right now!
