I would like to introduce a visual metaphor that the consultants use at Business Strategy Innovation. It's called, predictably enough, the Business Strategy Innovation Diamond, or the BSID. - Is it to help close the digital divide?
- Is it to boost the egos of the city councilors or the mayor?

You don't build it just because you can or because it sounds cool, but to solve a specific, addressable societal problem.      ....................................................................... More
