Clark, NJ - Donald F. LaPenna Associates, Inc., DBA The Insurance Centers, has announced the merging of their Small Business Commercial Lines and Personal Lines departments into a new Agency Service Center. With the announcement of this merge, which was effective December 1, 2010, the agency has made the following changes to help continue to provide their clients with a full staff of highly trained, bilingual professionals and to also improve the agency's overall retention for 2011. |
With the Small Commercial/Personal Lines department merge, Cindy Gray has taken on the role of Insurance Operations Manager, which is responsible for the Commercial Lines Department and Agency Service Center. Sandra will serve as Agency Service Center Team Leader and Angela Guerra LaPenna will now be managing the Agency Service Center marketing efforts. Finally John Nochta will take on the duties of mentor/trainer of the Sales Staff dedicated to providing business for the Agency Service Center. As this transition takes place over the next few months, The Insurance Centers will also be seeking out a strategic acquisition that will make a good fit into this newly formed department. |
