Canadian Tenpin Federation Announces
 
CTF Senior Qualifying Senior Events

Lethbridge, Alberta, August 21, 2009 -  Gold, silver and bronze medals will be presented to the top 3 senior men and top 3 senior women at the Canadian Mational Championships and the Canadian Mixed Championships.
 
Each year, CTF will qualify senior bowlers (aged 50 and over) to attend the Tournament of Americas.  COmmencing in 2010 and every even-numbered year CTF wifll qualify seniorbowlers to attend the PABCON Zone Senior Tournament.
 
In odd-numbered years, the CMC Seniors All Events Gold and Silver Medallists will qualify to attend the Tournament of Americas..  In the event that an individual cannot attend the Tournament of Americas, the Bronze Medallist from the individual's qualifying event will have the option of attending.
 
In even-numbered years, the CMC Seniors All Events gold and silver medallists and the CNC Seniors gold and silver medallists will qualify to attend the PABCON Zone Seniors Tournament.  In the event that an individual cannot attend the PABCON Zone Seniors Tournament, the Bronze Medallist from the individual's qualifying event will have the option of attending.
 
In even-numbered years, the CMC Seniors All Events bronze medallists and the CNC Seniors Bronze Medallists will qualify to attend the Tournament of the Americas.  In the event that an individual cannot attend the Tournament of Americas, then the Gold Medallist from that individual's qualifying event will have the option of attending.  If the gold medallist cannot attend, then the Silver medallist will have the option of attending.
