The 2008/2009 season membership as of February 2009 is just over 31,000 memberships processed still short of our 35,000 last season. Some associations are still submitting new databases; we are well below our budgeted membership numbers. This is a matter that needs our attention as our season is now more than half over. To date 122 centres have submitted their centre certifications with 5 centres receiving conditional sanctions. Tournament sanctions to date of 134 have received full or moral sanctions so far.
