Registration is open for our 2008 fall session of RPM Indoor cycling.   Registration is conveniently located online at www.breakawaybikes.com.  Indoor cycling is a great way to maintain your cycling fitness or to kick off a  training program for cycling or triathlon.  It is also a great cross training tool for any athlete, especially runners.  The classes meet two days per week at Breakaway, and are lead by one of our certified RPM coaches.  Each person is given a baseline fitness test which determines their Functional Threshold Power (FTP) as well as your power profile which can tell us your strengths and weaknesses on the bike.  During the class you will be working at your own individualized power and or heart rate levels.  You will also be given personalized instruction on how you can improve your bike fitness.  Your fitness improvements are tracked througout the entire program.
