Triathlon Training Camp.:
For our second year Breakaway brings you our 10 week Triathlon Training Camp. In 10 short weeks you will feel more confident than ever at doing Triathlon and hitting your personal best times. This camp is great for beginners as well as seasoned athletes. Our coaches in each discipline of the triathlon are World Class athletes and coaches who will teach you what you need to get faster. Coaches include, Glenn Krotick and Joe Wentzell for the bike, both Glenn and Joe have coached several athletes to their best bike splits enabling them to qualify for Worlds competition at several distances. Bryan Kim, an Olympian and national record holding swimmer will lead several individualized swim sessions. Abby Dean, an Olympic Trials qualifier in the Marathon, along with Richard Jacobson will lead the run portion of the camp. Meet all our coaches here.
RPM Peak, Register Now:
Registration is open for our 2008 spring session of RPM Indoor cycling. Registration is convenient online at www.breakawaybikes.com. Indoor cycling is a great way to get in shape for the upcoming cycling and triathlon season. It is also a great cross training tool for any athlete, especially runners. The classes meet two days per week at Breakaway, and are lead by one of our certified RPM coaches. Each person is given a baseline fitness test which determines their specific training zones. During the class you will be working at your own individualized power and or heart rate levels. Your fitness improvements are tracked througout the entire program.
Weekend classes are also offered as both pre-registered and drop-in. If you are registered in another RPM program or on a Breakaway sponsored team weekend classes are only $15.00 for 2 hours. If you are not in an RPM program weekend classes are $25.00 for 2 hours. Call ahead to reserve your spot, these classes fill up fast. 215-568-6002.

Abby Dean has been a coached athlete at Breakaway for over 3 years and has recently joined our coaching staff. At the November 2007 Philadelphia Marathon Abby qualified to compete in the Olympic Trials on April 20th in Boston. Abby has been training hard and all of us at Breakaway wish her the best of luck in Boston!
