Track/Speed Workout On A1A (Off Week From FAU Track)
The BRRR will be meeting at the northwest corner of A1A/Ocean Ave & Palmetto Park Road for their weekly night of speed.
This is a hard workout. Runners should have a base of 20-25 miles per week as a base before joining the 'speed workout group.
Time: 6:30 PM-EST.
Where: Northwest Corner of A1A & Palmetto.

Workout: The BRRR Track/Speed workout is a 15 week cycle of workouts with a 2 week break before a new cycle begins.
This is Week #1 of our break week so we run speed at different locations during the 'off weeks'.
Cost: No cost the next 2 weeks (not on the FAU track).
Next Cycle Begins on Tuesday September 14th, 2010.

Coach Howard Elakman starts another track workout at 8:00 PM-EST.
Workouts at 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM are completely different workouts.
For the next 2 weeks there will be posted on the BRRR website an unofficial track workout for those of you wanting to run on the track instead of A1A. The workout will be a 'on-your-own' workout.
Hot Dog Cookout & Graduation!

After the BRRR Track/Speed workout this week the end of cycle 'Hot Dog Cookout & Graduation' will be held.
Time: 7:45 PM-EST.
Where: Southwest Corner Parking Lot
A1A/Ocean Ave & Palmetto Park Road
Info: Hot dogs with all the trimmings are supplied. Please bring your coolers with whatever you want to drink.
