Greetings!

Sooo...did everyone enjoy the snow we received last weekend?!!  Isn't this weather just crazy?!  I saw some women downtown who were taking a picture of tulips in the snow.  Now you don't see that every day!  I don't know about you all, but I'm ready for some sunshine.  I do love the rain and snow, but not in the month of April.  I hope the weather bug is getting this all out of its system so we can have a great summer.

Soul Matters BookSoul Matters Book

Imagine using mystical wisdom to enrich your life on a daily basis. An expert in soul-journeying, Dr. Rodriguez shows how to use the subtle energy body as a tool to explore consciousness and self awareness in the universal dimensions she calls the Mystic Realms. There are three psychonoetic keys and sixteen powerful exercises you will learn to use to seek guidance from many different directions: spirit guides, nature spirits, past lives, dreams and many shamanic practices.

Among the many gifts you will receive you will find life-changing insights into everyday problems and past traumas, sharpened intuition, greater energy and better health are just a few of the many benefits you'll gain when you look for answers within the realms of your soul.  Visit her web site:  http://soulmatters.com/books_articles.php

Vote Equality in 2008
Vote Equality 2008

Obama. Hillary. McCain. In just one week, Oregonians will begin voting when ballots are mailed for our May 20th primary.

But it's not just the Presidential race that matters. Money for schools? Enforcing laws to protect the LGBT community? How about running clean, efficient and transparent elections? These are all jobs we give to local elected officials, right here in Oregon.

This year, Oregon's top race is for Secretary of State. That's the person in charge of ensuring that every vote is counted, and that Oregon political organizations comply with the law. And the best candidate in this race is Kate Brown. Kate Brown has been a champion of equality during her 16 years of service in the Oregon Legislature. And she played a critical leadership role in passing Oregon's anti-discrimination protections last year.

A vote for Kate Brown is a vote to defend equality.

Ensure your registration is up to date by Tuesday, April 29.

 ~ Chuck

An English professor wrote the words:

'WOMAN WITHOUT HER MAN IS NOTHING' on the blackboard, and directed the students to punctuate it correctly.

The men wrote:
'Woman, WITHOUT HER MAN, is nothing.'

The women wrote:
'WOMAN!! WITHOUT HER, man is nothing!'

Enjoy your weekend ~
