I can't believe it is that time of year that we are planning our Board and activities for 2011!

 

Wait! Wait! There are still 2010 events that you can sign - up for:

 

         Our Speed Networking Event! On September 30th from 5:30 to 7:30 at Fifty Seven Degrees Wine Emporium; 1735 Hancock Street, San Diego, CA 92101.

And now onto 2011...And the new Board is......wait we don't know! We need your nominations for Board positions. You can nominate yourself. Don't be shy. We will be voting in November, so please look for a ballot by email if there are contested offices.  Feel free to attend our November 4th board meeting to see what happens on the board.

Holiday Breakfast

 


The angels are coming again to celebrate our Annual Holiday Party!

We will be raising funds for

  • YWCA, Battered Women's Shelter
  • Rachel's  Women's Center and
  • Girl Scouts of San Diego and Imperial Counties  

 

Every year we are able to exceed the last in helping provide for the women and children in our county trying to make a better life for themselves. And this year I hope we can continue that trend by raising over $4,000 with your generous support of donations, sponsorships, and selling of raffle tickets. We hope you will join us for food, friends and bringing the angels to those in need.

 

I plan on taking extra vitamins, so I don't miss out this year. But I also realize so as not to run myself down that I need some helpers. If anyone is interested in being part of this special event, please contact me. cmalicki@icwgroup.com or 858-350-7287

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Office Professional Training/InVEST program at Grossmont College.  Since 1985, the Insurance industry has helped provide job training, counseling, and placement services to more than 2,100 individuals.  Please join us for dinner as we celebrate this special milestone of this life-changing program:
