    Happy Valentine's Day

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways with five sweet temptations - all infused with the delightful flavor of lavender!

Lavender has a long and rich relationship with love. Used as a symbol of true love in Elizabethan bouquets, an aphrodisiac by Napoleon, and a seductive fragrance by Cleopatra, lavender continues its potency today.

If you live the Seattle area, I hope you will consider joining me for a Saturday cooking class at Marlene's Market & Deli just in time for Valentine's Day.

Wishing you a Valentine's Day filled with love and lavender,

    Kathy
