'Tis the Season for Panettone

Panettone

FLOWN IN FROM ITALY
Panettone from Rustichella d'Abruzzo

Every year, right before Thanksgiving, we clear a large
Classic Panettone
space in the warehouse for the hundreds of Panettone that arrive. And every year, this space grows larger and larger. It seems that word is getting out - the Panettone from Rustichella d'Abruzzo are not to be missed.

We have three types of Panettone - all made with the same rich, luxurious dough of farm-fresh eggs, real vanilla, yeast, sugar and flour, you could make a case for eating this as it is!

Classic Panettone is studded with nuggets of sweet candied citron, bittersweet orange peel and plump raisins. Try this one for breakfast - it makes a killer french toast. Or, hollow out the inside, fill with ice cream and impress your guests.  $32

Cherry Panettone
Cherry Panettone contains sour black cherries that have been lightly  candied to lock in their marvelous balance of sweet and tart. Slice and top with a dollop of crème fraîche and serve with coffee. $34

Fig & Chocolate Panettone is the newest addition to the line-up. Tender dried figs and shards of bittersweet chocolate speckle this modern twist on the classic panettone. This combination begs to be served for dessert with your holiday meal.  $34

All three are incredibly delicious and beautiful - perfect for holiday entertaining or family celebrations.  They also make wonderful gifts. Order a panettone to ship to your
Fig & Chocolate Panettone
friends or family, anywhere in the US, and enter your gift message.  We'll print a gift card and tuck it safely under the ribbon.

Sure, Panettone is a traditional Christmas and New Years cake, but why restrict yourself the pleasure of enjoying them to those holidays alone? Make Panettone a tradition at Thanksgiving as well. Make bread pudding with one for a twist on the traditional serving. Or, simply bring one as a hostess gift. You'll be sure to be invited back next year!
