What It Takes To Be a Change Leader
The challenge of organizing and implementing change is a big assignment, yet it's something engineering leaders are often called on to do. Often a bigger challenge, even bigger than driving the change in the first place, is making change stick. Fall Breezes and Schedules
As the end of summer approaches, I'm looking forward to the fall weather and breezes that will cool South Florida. I like to work on the patio outside my office in Miami, but the summer heat and daily downpours have kept me indoors for a while.
I'm also looking forward to our fall schedule, with classes in many parts of the country--from San Diego to New York, Ft. Lauderdale to Portland. If we're not yet scheduled to be in a city where you are, let me know. We're currently planning our winter schedule, and we'll be adding several new locations.
Sincerely,
Gary Hinkle
