Crossroads Dinner Servers Sign Up!

Arrive at Cherrydale Baptist Church @ 4:45pm and leave by approx. 6pm. Help to set-up and serve purchased food (like pizza or Chipotle) and bottled water to the students. Collect $5 from each student who is eating. Work with approx 4-5 other adult volunteers. (You are sent an email during the week before with detailed instructions.) You are not involved in clean-up at the end. If you are interested click here to sign up on the calendar. Password is server. You can also email if you can help. |

Greetings!
We have much to be thankful for! God has blessed us beyond our greatest expectations! At this writing we have come back from a great Cornerstone Breakaway weekend, and in the very near future we leave for the Crossroads Breakaway weekend! If you total up all those going to both weekends (staff, kids, work crew, etc) we have over 860 people!
We recently had our last Crossroads and Cornerstone in the 115 E. Fairfax Street location, and now we are moving to our new temporary place, Cherrydale Baptist Church. We've outgrown the rooms on Fairfax Street, so God has moved us! Many thanks to the Christ-like attitudes of the leadership of Cherrydale to invite us to use their wonderful building. Postcard.
The comments from the youth last Sunday night expressed both gratitude for what God had done in their lives as well as an anticipation of what lies ahead. Please be on time this Sunday night, March 4, and bring your friends for our first kickoff there! Although we will keep the same basic program with our great Youth Family Leadership, it may feel a little different. Change can be good, and this is by far our best option!
Many thanks for all of you who have prayed and supported us in this transition. I think this next step will be a step of growth for our ministry! Let's see what God has for us!

Middle School Breakaway is March 9-11!!!! Please arrive at The Falls Church at 4:30pm on Friday, March 9th for check-in. Remember to pack a bag dinner - the buses will not be stopping.
We'll return to the church around 3pm on Sunday. More details to come early next week!
