Anticipation!! (I'm not talking about the first day of school - but most of you are probably in great anticipation of September 6! Our prayers will be with you - students and parents alike!) I'm referring to 10 days till the KICKOFF of Tune Up and Crew, Crossroads and Cornerstone! We are excited! With prayers, new staff and leaders, as well as seasoned staff and leaders, we are looking forward to a great year in Youth Ministry! We know that God is at work!

Where in the World was...Jim Byrne the month of August?!? In August Jim hopped on plane to meet up with his motorcycle, which had been waiting for him in Colorado (another story.) From Colorado, he "road-tripped" to Los Angeles (Fuller Institute) to work on his Doctorate of Ministry. He also spent time in Las Vegas, Pacific Beach, Pasadena, San Diego and then had some well-deserved vacation time in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where he finished his paper, exercised, spent time on the beach and ate LOTS of fish! He is now refreshed and very ready to be back at The Falls Church with the Youth! He promises to still answer to "Jim", even though he may (Lord willing) soon be adding the title of "Doctor" along with "Minister." Welcome Back Jim!!
