Welcome Back
Message from the HAEPTA President
I'm excited to be taking on the role of your new HAEPTA president for 2011-2013. The HAEPTA has a few new, exciting action plans for the future. In our ongoing effort to be more fiscally responsible AND more conscious of our environment, we will transmit all HAEPTA communication electronically. There will be kinks to work out and we appreciate your patience with this transition. Also, expect some improvements to the Herald and our website. We want both of these mediums to be an interesting and useful tool for you and your student. Constructive feedback is encouraged -- contact us at HAEPTA.
Enhancements also are being researched and planned for some of our programs such as Art Club, Meet the Masters, Dad's Club and the Spring Carnival. To stay on top of it all, be sure to Get HAEPTA News, visit hendrickspta.com regularly and check the HAEPTA bulletin board in the main building.
Your membership and participation in the HAEPTA is welcomed and appreciated! Together, we organize and implement several valuable academic enrichment opportunities that only exist because of your financial support and volunteer efforts. Please join the PTA -- we make things happen!
On behalf of the 2011-2012 HAEPTA Board, we look forward to serving you and hope you have the best school year ever!
Stephanie Helton, 2011-2013 HAEPTA President

If you are receiving this Herald in your inbox, great -- you are a step ahead but there is still one more thing to do!
- Once you have received your student's teacher assignment in mid-August, please take a moment to update your profile using the link at the bottom of this email.
- If you received the Herald through other means, please Join Our Mailing List at the top of this email.
