Product Information
EsthetilineThe Neoss Esthetiline solution includes anatomically shaped Tissue Formers, Zirconia Abutments, Titanium Abutments, and customizable abutments. The natural emergence profile developed during healing or temporarization is matched to a final abutment in either Zirconia, Titanium or Gold. In addition to this, you also have the option to choose custom abutments for CAD/CAM solutions. For optimal esthetics and correct alignment placement of the anatomical form it is recommended to "index" the implant at time of placement. Indexing is easily achieved by ensuring that one of the internal grooves of the Neoss implant is placed center labial/buccal. For more information please see Neoss Implant System Guidelines---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tissue Formers may be placed at time of implant placement, at second stage or at time of provisional placement. The Tissue Former guides the soft tissue and enables simple creation of an optimal emergence profile. Tissue Formers may be adjusted as a healing abutment or prepared for cement or screw-retained provisional restorations. It is made in a biocompatible PEEK and bondable polymer material. They can easily be modified with a bur chair-side or by the laboratory technician. For more information please see Neoss Implant System Guidelines.
Note: The trans-gingival section on Tissue Formers is slightly smaller buccally than matching restorative components in order to provide additional soft tissue volume.

The Prepable Titanium Abutments are made in CP Titanium grade 4 and are intended for cement-retained single and multi-unit restorations. The abutment may be prepped intra-orally then follows conventional C&B techniques or it may be prepped in the laboratory on an implant level impression. Modifying the abutment is easy with either the Titanium Bur Kit below (#90136), or regular tungsten carbide or diamond burs.
For more information please see Neoss Implant System Guidelines.

Prepable Titanium Abutments

The Zirconia Abutments are made of CP Titanium Grade 4 and Zirconia (HIP, Hot Isostatic Pressed, Yttrium-oxide stabilized Zirconium-dioxide). The granular size < 0.5 μm, fracture toughness 9-10 MPa, flexural strength 1000-1300 MPa, thermal expansion 10.6 x 10-6 K-1, X-ray contrast similar to metal.
The Zirconia Abutment is designed to be cemented onto the NeoLink™ (apply a resin bonded cement according to the manufacturer's instructions). The NeoLink™ has a flat side for anti-rotation and is supplied pre-sandblasted for easy bonding. The Zirconia abutment can be adjusted prior to cementation by using burs especially manufactured for preparation of ceramics, and by using special caution while adjusting it.
Note: There is also an indexing between the Zirconia coping and the NeoLink™ (the plane on the NeoLink™ matches a plane in the coping) in order to achieve a specific orientation in relation to the implant's rotational position. Index the flat plane of the NeoLink™ in the buccal direction.
For more information please see Neoss Implant System Guidelines.

Neoss Links Customer Highlights & Case Feedback
Dr. Richard A. Rasmussen, DDS - Tampa, FL "I saw Judy Bell today for a restorative check. Nicely done! She is extremely pleased, and the implant supported crown feels indistinguishable from the rest of her natural dentition. The combination of a Neolink, custom abutment, and a gold restoration is a bulletproof solution." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dr. John W. Dovgan, DDS - Phoenix, AZ
The Neoss Esthetiline line truly is a God send to restorative dentists. Unfortunately, I had a patient that was very unhappy with the emergence profile that the express abutment provided but did not want to spend an additional $750 per abutment for her crowns on teeth #19 and #30. She also did not want any discoloration showing through her keratinized tissue on the buccal of teeth #19 and #30. Custom abutments are costly and time consuming. The Esthetiline allowed for an excellent emergence profile, instantaneous results, and a highly aesthetic restoration. Placement was very easy, quick, and allowed for exact placement of the abutment anywhere the restorative dentist wants it. The Esthetiline is easily prepared with Zirconia burs and you can even stain the Zirconia to match your crown - WOW! How much more could you desire from an abutment. Extremely reasonable cost, excellent emergence profile, very easy to place where you the restorative dentist want it, easily prepared, and stain-able to match your crown. I have already restored 4 other cases with this system and the patients love it! I highly recommend this system for every restorative dentist. What dentist wants to pay $750 for a custom abutment, take impressions, and then send them to a lab waiting for a custom abutment to return that might not fit? Why make your life more complicated, time consuming, and costly. This system works so well I even prepared a molar Zirconium abutment to fit into a bicuspid space. If you can prep a tooth for a crown you can certainly use this system. Please e-mail me if you have any questions at john.dovgan.dds@gmail.com or call me at 602-509-7086.
