LOBSTER THE "FEEL GOOD" FOOD
As delicious as Lobster tastes, it's hard to believe that it is actually a very healthy protein. Ounce for ounce, lobster meat is actually lower in calories and fat than even skinless chicken breast.
Lobster along with other shellfish such as crab and shrimp also contain high levels of omega 3 fatty acids. These fatty acids seem to have the ability to regulate and lower cholesterol levels in the blood, as well as improve the ratio of good (HDL) and bad (LDL) cholesterol. It is the ration between good and bad cholesterol that is thought to play a key roll in heart attack risk.

Lobster meat can also boost your mood and mental performance. Research has shown that lobster and other types of shellfish deliver larger amounts of the amino acid called tyrosine to the brain. Tyrosine is used by our bodies to produce two energizing brain chemicals called dopamine and noropinephrine.
Enjoy!!!
