Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, sliced
Mozzarella Cheese, drained,
sliced
1/3 cup fresh basil
1/4 tsp. each: salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Arrange tomatoes, cheese and basil alternately on
platter.
Beat oil and vinegar with wire whisk until well
blended. Drizzle over tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
