Greetings!

In honor of your vision we've taken a few bold steps...

We've launched the first of our unique, fine-art T-shirts that will accompany us through the sacred Caribbean heartland and into the King's River experience of West Africa. (Order yours today!)

And we've recently broadcast the first of our national radio interviews to raise awareness of this important documentary that explores African healing traditions and modern science. (Click here to listen)

We're aiming high but we still need your support. We've come a long way -- but we still have a long way to go.

Besides drawing attention to a vast and fascinating body of knowledge that can benefit humanity, one of the goals of the film is to empower others to follow through on their visions.

That's why the tagline on our T-shirt and website says "The Vision is Ready When You Are."
A Powerful Way of Living!
Why are we so big on visions? Well, healing from an indigenous point of view goes far beyond merely feeling well - it's an attempt to address the larger question of who we are and what we've come here to do.

Reconnecting to your vision is an opportunity to feel more alive and more useful.  Once you experience this in a profound way - it's hard to go back to life as usual.

But don't make the mistake of measuring success by whether or not you reach your goal. That's one sure way to kill your vision before it gets off the ground.

Know that fullfillment is possible long before you reach your goal.  That's what I've been discovering so far on my journey. As I read some of the comments from fans who visit the Across The King's River FaceBook page, I feel an inner-richness that's hard to put into words.

And that's why I want to address your vision. Give it a chance -- allow it to happen -- submit with heart, mind and spirit and watch the inner growth that takes place over time. It will amaze you!

I'm so glad our paths crossed near the very beginning. We continue on because of you.  I will always feel compelled to speak to the power of your visions.

Amazing T-Shirt Series Begins

Nothing is ordinary when gifted healers and diviners invoke the spirit world to assist you. Thousands of miles away, a team of dedicated elders influence, inspire and support all that we do - the launch of a T-shirt, our growing presence on Facebook, the design and energy of our newsletter.

The King's River branded T-shirts feature my award-winning photography and the visionary art of Andrew Sikora, a renowned master of many styles who has worked for some of the world's largest apparel firms including VF Corporation whose brands include Lee®, Wrangler®, Majestic®, Nautica®, Eagle Creek®, Harley Davidson® and The North Face®.

Andrew has been drawing since he was old enough to hold a crayon. His motto is to "create trends - not follow so-called trends." In this rare celebration of art and spirit, we offer the finest of all gifts - the very best of ourselves and the ancestors.

Every month we'll launch a new T-shirt design and I'll share the story behind each image. (Discover the inspiration behind our first design).

Part of the proceeds from our T-shirt sales will benefit the families of the elders who work day and night to support the King's River project. The rest of the proceeds will cover costs associated with preproduction and fund raising (business plans, editing, research and consulting fees).

But back to the image - this tribute to the Aseda, one of the foremost diviners in West Africa, reminds me of what it means to be a father and a grandfather; it also reminds me of a precious legacy, a bond that can never be broken, and a debt that can never be fully repaid.

Have to run. Andrew and I are working on the new T-shirt design that we'll launch next month. Will tell you about it later.

Until our next time -- and with peace.
