  Happy New Year. We trust you had a safe and happy break. We all went to Coolgardie to share Charlotte's first Christmas.

There is now a specially modified program suitable for children needing to lose weight. Kids need more oils and carbs than adults, so the program is a safe and healthy way for children and their parents to address any weight issues. With our daughter's wedding now less than 8 weeks away, I'm trying to stick to the straight and narrow too. I've also started again with facial rejuvenation. I did 8 weeks at the end of last year and was quite pleased with the results. At our son's Christmas party I was asked if I was his sister - older sister maybe, but sister none the less!  The first defence against aging is sunscreen. Have you seen the movie stars who have the smoothest comlexion, (with no expression), but then you look at their decolletage (neck and chest) or the backs of their hands, and you can see clear indications of their age. In our climate sunscreen is must. Even driving in the car, our hands and neck can get burnt. Although we hate "hat head" a hat is a good idea too.  Just letting you know that we'll be closed for a few Fridays coming up, so if you need to pick up any of your goodies, just give us a ring first. We'll be closed on January 27th, February 10th and March 9th, the day before the wedding.
