Greetings!

Paul said to me the other day it's only aout 10 weeks until Christmas.  It's coming up fast.  But there's still time for you to lose about 10kgs and look 10 years younger before then.

Congratulations to everyone on the Lose Weight For Life program.  It has been improved over the last few months in line with the latest research.  Most people are losing a kilo a week, so if you start now, you can lose 10kgs before Christmas!

We're also seeing amazing results with facial rejuvenation.  One of the added benefits apart from the tightening and smoothing of the face, is a jump in people's general energy levels and weight loss.  After the 10 week program, people are looking really refreshed and radiant, as well as younger.  There's just enough time left to complete the program before Christmas and surprise your friends and family with the new you.

If you're interested, I've put up a few of our holiday pictures on the website. UK Paris holiday pics

There's lots of weight loss programs around that use shakes and other food substitutes.  Our program gives you the choice of eating all real food or using some convenience substitutes if you're a busy person wh is often in a hurry.

How does the cost compare?

You've got to eat any way, so eating real food won't cost you a great deal more.  If you cut out some of the things required, you'll save some money, and be able to be spend it on other things.

You can use a spring vegetable soup instead of a meal, or a vanilla, strawberry or chocolate shake that is made up with water added to a powder.  Both these optins cost about $2.75 a serve.  That's about the same as a sausage roll, and is better for you.  The protein bars work out to $2.50 a serve if you have half for morning and afternoon tea.  These come in caramel choc mint (my favourite), cherry coconut (Paul's favourite), vanilla nougat, cranberry almond crunch and hazelnut soy.

These are different from most protein bars, soups and shakes available at health food stores and supermarkets.

If you check the ingredients you might be shocked to find the amount of sugar.  One bar can have as much as 6 teaspoons or 30 grams of sugar per serve.  This will give you a real sugar hit, and you'll feel like you've got more energy suddenly, but it won't last, the sugar will burn up quickly and then you'll be tired and looking for another sugar high.  This sets up an unhealthy cycle of sugar highs and lows as well as sky rocketing your calories.

If you follow the Lose Weight for Life program, you come for a visit once a fortnight, which works out to $30 a week for your one on one consultation, and includes your body composition and cellular health test.  The cost will be less with health fund rebates. This is similar cost to weight watchers, except you are receiving one on one advice with a program designed just for you and your likes and dislikes.

Overall the price is comparable, you receive expert individual advice and are being monitored with the most advanced cellular testing equipment from NASA available today.

If you want to lose 10kgs by Christmas, act now. :-)  You can do it.
