We've had a lovely holiday and can't thank those of you enough, who gave us valuable holiday tips - being our first time overseas.  Here we are on the bridge in Monet's Garden in France.  The trip went very smoothly, but we're glad to be home in our own bed.

We've got a few new things to share with you.  Just scroll down to the bits you're interested in.

It's a revitalised version of the Keto System.  You can still lose up to 2kg of fat a week.  It sounds too good to be true almost, but we've seen it for ourselves with many of you already enjoying yourselves after losing 10+ kilos.  On average, we see people lose about 1kg a week steadily.  Some people lose a bit more, and some a bit less, but it evens out to about 1 kg a week.

Other benefits people are noticing after their weight loss is their hormones come more into balance , their mood and energy levels lift, their pain decreases, and they can get back into their slim clothes from the back of the wardrobe, or get some new ones!

Many of the ideas are similar, but it's much easier to follow.  You don't have to weigh things, and the meal replacments, if you use them, are much yummier than before.  My favourite are the choc mint bars, which taste just like Mint Slice biscuits, and Paul's are the vanilla nougat.  They are a better texture and taste like something you really want to eat, not something you ought to eat. :-)  There's also a nice cranberry and almond bar that would be perfect for breakfast.  They've also added a creamy vegetable soup.  Here's one of the breakfast recipies for you to enjoy:

     Spinach and Ricotta Frittata

    300 gm ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach
    1/2 handful chopped onion
1 tablespoon each of parsley and basil chopped
    1/2 handful cherry tomatoes, halved

Lightly stir fry onion with virgin olive oil
Wilt spiniach and squeeze out excess water
Mix ricotta, eggs, spinach, onion, parsley and basil together
Brush pie dish with oil and pur mix in
Place cherry tmatoes cut side up on top of mixture and gently press in
Bake in oven at 180C for about 30 minutes or until set

If having for lunch, serve with a handful of veges or salad.

Give us a call if you would like to give your weight loss a go.

We now incorporate a counselling session to boost your success.  We look at what might be stopping you, habits, beliefs etc and ways to manage them, so you can succeed.  We can be very emotional about food.  We might eat more or less depending on our mood and stress levels.  these are triggers we can work on together, so you can lose weight for life.

    Needle Free Acupuncture

We've been getting great results with the facial rejuvenation treatment using acupuncture with needles.  (A non-surgical facelift).  We've added some more equipment so we can now give you the facial acupuncture without using needles, so if it was the thought of sticking needles in your face that was holding you back, you can relax.
As you know we've been using needle free acupuncture for pain and swelling for some time now.
