                                                                         Here we are in March, zooming towards Easter.  Thanks tothnak you everyone who has been using the referral gift vouchers for their family and friends.  We appreicate your support.  We'd also like to thank you for choosing us to help you with your health and well being.  Today it's our business opening anniversary, and we know we're only here because of wonderful clients like you. 
 
Going off supplements  Just a word about this.  If you get sick or go on holiday or something unusual happens and you think you might just stop taking your goodies, can we encourage you to give us a call before you do that.  It's not a problem and we'd prefer it, if you feel unsure, to give us a call and ask.  Also, if you get sick, like a cold or the flu, or are having allergy problems, give us a call, and we can recommend some alternatives for you if you'd rather try to get over things naturally.  You don't usually need an appointment for something like that.  Just give us a call. 
    
Also we'd like to let you know that it's our 25th wedding anniversary this year, so to celebrate we're going to the UK to see where Paul grew up and watch the soccer.  He hasn't been back, and it's almost 40 years.  Then we're going over to France and staying near Monet's Garden.  So we'll be away most of May this year.  We haven't been overseas before, so we'll glady take any travel tips or advice you have to share. :-)

Counselling Services

We're now able to offer you a counselling service.  Our health is closely linked to our emotions and feelings.  As part of our holistic approach to healing and health we are expanding our services to include counselling. 
 
You don't have be crazy to benefit from counselling.  Sometimes it's helpful to be able to tell your story - what's hurt you, what annoys you, what leaves you feeling bad or angry but you don't know why.  We all have the answers inside ourselves, but sometimes we just need a bit of help to find them.
 
Some common questions might be:
Why am I angry
Why do I keep overeating
What can I do about managing my stress
How can I say what I want to say kindly, but assertively
How can I start sticking up for myself
How do I forgive people who have hurt me
 
We won't be talking around in circles.  We have specific plans for dealing with things in a way that helps you make real progress.
