Welcome to the October newsletter.  This month we'll be sharing with you why most diets just don't work long term, and you end up fatter than when you started.  We'll show you one way to check your leg length at home yourself which might be a source of your back pain, and we'll give some suggestions on how you can be the same nice person, every day of the month.

Why other diets fail.

 Soothing the Spine 
About 80% of people have legs that are differnt lengths.  This means your hips are slightly out and then your spine is also slightly out.  To try to even things up, you might unconciously slightly tilt your head and end up with a sore neck as well.
 
This is where Dorn Spinal therapy can help.  It's a very gentle treatment and we can usually get your legs the same length without any pain, cracking or crunching, in less than 5 minutes.  Once your legs are the same, your hips reposition themselves and then we can get to work on your spine, gently persuading the vertebrae back into their rightful position.
 
Here's one test you can do at home yourself.  Lay on your back on the floor and lift your knees up at right angles to your back.
