WELCOME TO THE 2010-2011
SCHOOL YEAR
 
Wednesday, September 1, 2010 is a day worth remembering!  Whether this is your first year at CVCS or you are starting your last (Senior) year September 1st was a great day!  Each of us took a step on the path laid before us by the Lord and He has been and is faithful to provide for all our needs.  Welcome to a new school year full of wonderful opportunities for academic and spiritual growth.   Dr. Ron Sipus
Grandparents and Special Friends Day
 
Students in elementary school will celebrate Grandparents and Special Friends Day on September 30th from 8:30-noon.  Breakfast will be provided.

Campus Life
High School Retreat
Sept. 29-Oct. 1, 2010
 
All high school students will be attending a 3-day All School Retreat at FOREST HOME CHRISTIAN CENTER. This retreat is provided for the purpose of encouraging and preparing our students Spiritually and Socially for the school year. >>see website for details
Kids Club Extended Care

CVCS offers a fun and exciting fee-based, before and after school extended care program for all CVCS students from ages 4.9 - 15 years old.

 
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday:
JK: 1-3pm
K-8: 7-8am, 3:00-6:00pm
on minimum days: 12:30-6:00 pm
 
Here is what is coming up in Kids Club:
Drop off & Pick up
The front entrance of the school is a NO STOPPING ZONE. That means stopping, parking or dropping off of students is strictly prohibited. Thank you!  By working together we can improve the organization of our campus and keep it safe!
 
Lost and Found
The lost and found shed is located next to Kids Club by the driveway. Be sure to check it often to retrieve any lost books and uniforms.
