Girl Scout Try-It Workshops!

Girl Scout Overnights are a unique way to complete workshops for specific Try-Its, play in the museum, and experience a "Camp-In" in an exciting environment! Girls will be given a chance to complete four activities to earn their Art to Wear Try-It with their troop as well as explore and play in the Museum. For more information, visit our website.

Act Out!

ACT OUT! is a program designed to build confidence and self-esteem through drama. Using theater games, improvisation and pantomime, students learn:
-  To express their creativity
-  Vocal projection and proper     breathing
-  To work with and relate to others
-  The basics of acting

Most adults say one of their greatest fears is speaking in public. Act Out! helps children accomplish this skill. All children benefit from this program no matter what path they choose later in life.  Besides all of that, it's fun!

January 5 - May 26  -    NO CLASS  3/23/11 and 4/20/11 

Pre-K and Kindergartners (must be 3 years or older to participate)
                  Wednesdays - 10:15 - 11:00 a.m.   or   1:45 - 2:30 p.m.
Grade school - Wednesdays 4:15 - 5:30 p.m.
NEW! - TEENPROV Improv Troupe for teens - Thursdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Music Together with Madeline Knott

Music Together with Madeline is offered through the school year in three consecutive ten-week semesters.  Semesters start Fall, Winter and Spring.  Parents, along with their small children, enjoy singing, dancing and instrument play in a relaxed environment.

Kinderlanguage

Kinderlanguage is a child enrichment program designed to provide an environment of cultural diversity. Kinderlanguage offers a fun way to introduce young children to second languages. Using games, songs, stories and crafts, we teach vocabulary, sounds and phrases while the children play. Kinderlanguage not only introduces children to languages, but other cultures, music, and customs.

18 months - 3 years:
