The Children's Regional Hospital at Cooper Teddy Bear Clinic

  Saturday, October 16, 2010
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

A doctor's office can be a scary place for a child. The Cooper Teddy Bear clinic is designed to educate children about when and why they need to go to the doctor's office and offers a less intimidating approach to teaching kids how to take care of themselves. Using teddy bears as our model, Cooper nurses will help educate children in a fun interactive manner about such topics as healthy hand hygiene, good nutrition and enjoyable exercise. Best of all- each child (first 100) will be receiving their very own Cooper Teddy Bear to learn from and take care of at home!
