MIAMI CELEBRATES TEL AVIV 100
October 25, 2009

On October 25, 2009, the Miami Friends of the Tel Aviv Centennial will gather under the leadership of Chairwoman Lin Arison and Co-chairwomen Fanny Haim and Karen Marcus to celebrate the Tel Aviv centennial.

The program will include a moving performance by the New World Symphony, the showing of the
centennial multimedia exhibit, and an intimate dinner reception with Ron Huldai, the Mayor of Tel Aviv.

As a gift to Tel Aviv for its 100th birthday, the Miami friends will establish a pre-kindergarten that will impact the fabric of an entire neighborhood and help build an educational foundation for the next century ahead.
