| About the Project
Constructed in late 2009, Hemming Village is a new mixed-use development located adjacent to Brigham Young University - Idaho (BYU-I) in Rexburg, Idaho. The project is surrounded by dense student housing - with thousands of units located within a 1/2-mile radius.
New tenants include Jimmy John's, Bambino's, and D&L Cleaners - with many others on the way. Available retail suite sizes range from 1,200 - 2,464 square feet and office suites (up to 13,272 square feet total) are now available.
Hemming Village is located within a five minute drive of Madison Memorial Hospital, a U.S. Highway 20 interchange, a new 15,000-seat auditorium and multiple hotels. The BYU-I campus is continuing to expand, with an expected enrollment of 15,000 full-time students in the near future. |
About the Market
Rexburg, Idaho has a population of 27,000 and is home to Brigham Young University-Idaho, a thriving private university of over 13,000. Rexburg enjoys one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation and has experienced steady population growth in recent years.
