15 Questions To Ask Before Hiring A Tenant Rep
Presented By Mark Rauch
There is no such thing as a "self-made" man. We are made up of thousands of others. Everyone who has ever done a kind deed for us, or spoken one word of encouragement to us, has entered into the make-up of our character and of our thoughts, as well as our success.

Mark's Point Of View
Question: Mark, do I need a Tenant Rep to help me find space? Answer: No. What you need a Tenant Rep for is their expertise surrounding the leasing process. A good Tenant Rep is much more than just a space finder; you should view them as you would your attorney or accountant. You want their advice as to what space is best suited for your business and what are the best terms that the space can be leased for. A good Tenant Rep will help you in all aspects of the commercial space transaction. That starts with understanding your business and ends with a signed lease. Finding the space is simply one small step in the overall process. I also want to reiterate that we are requesting meetings with Professional and Corporate Office Tenants. We are looking to represent a handful of Tenants, each occupying 5,000 rentable square feet to 500,000 rentable square feet. Please call or email us to schedule a time to discuss how we can help. Please don't keep me a secret. Other than representing you, a referral is the greatest compliment I can receive. |
