Greetings!

This Friday we continue with Ken McLeod's book, Wake Up to Your Life, learning to work with reactive patterns by using the archetypes of the five elements. This week: Air Element (also called wind).

Have you ever found yourself doing the following?

  • Talking about other subjects in order to avoid discomfort?
  • Becoming very busy as a way of avoiding?
  • Over-volunteering, over-working, over-doing?

TornadoIf so, you might have been in the midst of an "air" reaction. Air is about activity, movement, ideas, and strategies. Too strong and it becomes movement for movement's sake, tearing things apart in a whirlwind. Too weak, and it becomes lack of movement, disconnection, loss of identity, loss of meaning. In reaction, it's all over the place, movement without connection. In response, it is effective action, just what is needed.

With the recent tornadoes, the effects of wind energy gone amuck is fresh on our minds. Come learn how to find the wisdom inherent in the wind/air reaction.
