Greetings!
Just a reminder that we are off tonight because of a prior family obligation, but next Friday night we'll continue the series by Ken McLeod, Releasing Emotional Reactions. As it turned out, so many of our people had to be out last week that we'll repeat part 2 of Bare Attention next week. So if you missed, you can catch up! In the meantime, let's continue the practice of Bare Attention, described in the transcript of Ken's talk on our blog here. By the way, this is the international Random Acts of Kindness Week. There's still time to catch up! |

Practitioner Seeks Home
One of our female dharma friends is planning on moving to the Nashville area to be closer to work. She wrote with this question, and I said I would share with you: If you know any Buddhists or spiritually pro-active people who would like to share their house, rent a room, etc., with an extremely quiet professional woman, please let me know. I don't watch TV, and I meditate and read frequently. I'm a single (no boyfriend), part of the Vanderbilt system, have an affectionate pet house rabbit (enclosed), a nonsmoker, and take meticulous care of property. Currently living in Dickson but would like to be closer to work. Nance attended the Mario Martinez event and hopes to attend our meetings more once she's closer. She may be reached by email here.
