Greetings!
I look forward to seeing you today at 1:00 for An Afternoon with Mike Snider. Here are some helpful tips:
- Parking is available on the street. I'm in the middle of the block, so it's easy to park on side streets as well (Oakland and 18th Avenue). The weather should be great for a stroll.
- We're expecting a full house so you may want to bring a cushion for seating. Be prepared to scoot together and get cozy with your neighbors.
- Speaking of Cozy, she's my amazing 15-year-old toy poodle, and she will be happy to see you. Petting welcome.
- Dress comfortably. Mike is a good ole country boy, so there's no need to get fancy.
- Questions are welcome. Mike will share the story of his solitary search for awakening, and the journey to integrate realization into everyday life (or as he says, "Get easy with it"), then open up the floor for interaction. This is a great time to ask questions in an informal, friendly environment. Please feel free.
- If you've never been here before,
my house has a new black and khakhi awning on the front that's hard to
miss. (See below.) Door is on the right and will be open... no need to knock.
- The door opens at 12:40. Please arrive early so we can get our seating figured out and start on time.
- If you physically cannot sit on the floor, email me and I'll save you a
seat. Reserved seats will have to be released at 12:50, though, so be sure to get here early!
I think that's about it. Have a great morning and I can't wait to see you this afternoon!
