Just checking to see who would like to meet for lunch today at noon, J. Alexander's across from Centennial Park. If you'd like to come, just respond to this email and let me know, or call me at 463-2374. Two of our regular dakinis had to cancel, so if no one confirms, we'll cancel for today.
Dakas and Herukas also welcome!
Also, a reminder that today is the free public workshop on Kriya Yoga by a master from India in the lineage of Yogananda. The methods are very gentle and somewhat similar to anu yoga from the Tibetan tradition, from my perspective. It works directly with the breath, visualization, and the chakra system. It is a nonsectarian method, so it's something one can do while holding the view of their own path. It's 2:00-4:00 at the Unitarian Universalist Church on Woodmont Blvd. To learn more, click here.
Last night's dharma discussion rocked the house, thanks to everyone there. A blog summary will be posted later this weekend.
Hope to see you soon!
Love, Rita
